Vodafone got Y!X users into the Christmas spirit with their text integrated Premium Lrec on the Y!X Homepage.
Their strategy combined mobile technology and online advertising to encouraged users to text in a Christmas message and watch it animate across their computer screen. They could then share their messages with family and friends via Facebook or Email
The campaign inspired thousands of text messages, ranging from general Christmas cheer to highly personalized messages.
